  • Multi-select (Tag) with choice of colours
  • Rich text (Markdown)

Number (Integer, Real)

Add the Number column to your table if you’re dealing with sales, metrics, or lead acquisition. Choose the suitable format you need, e.g. integer, real, currency, etc.
Number column only accepts number values. Wrong format will not be saved.

You can create a Text column and add a short/long line of text to any rows in your table. The Text column is usually used for names, descriptions, or to leave short notes for yourself or a team member.
Consider to use Multi-select for repeated values.
With the help of the Link column, you can quickly access the data when you need. Just click on a URL and that URL will open up the page.

You can easily add, copy, edit, and send emails from Phobase, in just a few clicks.

Markdown (Rich Text)

Markdown is a lightweight markup language that you can use to add formatting elements to plaintext text documents. Created by John Gruber in 2004, Markdown is now one of the world’s most popular markup languages.

Boolean (Checkbox)

The Checkbox column can especially come in handy for to-do lists and sorting/filtering the Table view.

Date or Date Time

Add the Date or Date Time column for representing an event or a meeting, and easily manage your obligations, as well as deadlines.

Multi-select (Tag)

Create a Multi-select column to add a new set of tags and set colour for each tag. You can use tags for anything to keep track with data effectively.

Use the File column to add and keep important documents, images, reports, and any other files you and your team members might need in one place.
