Sort
While working with a view, you can sort your rows so that they will appear in a particular order according to the values in specific columns.
To apply a sort to your table, click the Sort button in the view bar.
This will bring up the sort menu. If your view has any sorts applied already, you'll see them here.
Click the first box (with Column Name), select a column from the dropdown menu, and choose the order you want to see it.
You can add more sorts by picking more columns to sort from the dropdown menu.
Use the Column Settings to quickly apply a sort to your chosen column.
You can remove any of the sorts you've applied by clicking the 
button next to a sort.
